Hello, my name is Morgan! I live in the United States and I am 22 years old. I have been studying foreign languages for around 2 years now and I have also, recently, received my TESOL certification, so I am able to teach English now! Teaching English is something that I have always wanted to do and, thanks to the opportunity of NIL English, I have been able to complete my first 1,000 minutes of teaching! I have been able to meet various students along the way which is my favorite part! When I meet a new student I will usually do a sample class. I will ask you “can you introduce yourself?” “what’s your name?”  “how old are you?” “why do you want to study English?”. I will get to know you and I will also be able to see your English level placement. In the next class, NIL has access to various resources for all ages and levels, so I would be able to choose a lesson book that I think would be good for you. Along with studying in the lesson book, I like to supplement with various media and related video content to help with listening comprehension and add some fun as well! I also sometimes prepare presentations to help with using the vocabulary that is learned in the lesson. I can also speak a bit of Korean, so if you don’t know how to say something in English you can say it in Korean. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as I can, in class. Hopefully we will study together soon!
